Production Manager for $50 million in website development annually for more than 75 of the nation's 100 most recognized brands.  Responsible for ensuring successful completion of nearly 100 independently produced projects every month using contentious project teams.  Improved on-time delivery from 83% to 99% in less than 12 months by implementing an air traffic control-style visibility system for prioritization and delivery management.  Created a capacity management system.

Director, SMB Software Development

Development Manager for direction of all Java, Perl, Flash, and HTML resource teams for the incubatory-build of a template-based tool empowering small and medium businesses with the power of enterprise-class interactive promotions.  Led the coordination of front-end and back-end component development to ensure on-time delivery of the maximum set of features.

Director, Mousetrap Team
Creator and leader of an experimental team responsible for reinventing business processes.  Analyzed bottlenecks in operations, managed improvement projects, and coordinated the rollout of new initiatives.  Coordinated the implementation of a completely revamped Intranet including 15 new production enhancing/streamlining applications.

Senior Project Manager, Release Delivery

Senior Project Manager responsible for all software release management.  Monitored and created improvements in efficiency and delivery.  Implemented a structured release cycle with well-published, supported versions.  Responsible for product management, expectation management, and liaising all U.S. and International customers through their install and upgrade experiences.

Network & Database Administrator

Administrator responsible for all facets of implementation and maintenance of windows networking, SAN hardware, and Oracle databases for the Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) division and all of its supporting users.  Constructed and maintained a 25TB datafarm of customer purchase history.  Responsible for 100% of the hardware and software budget.  Restructured Oracle licensing creating a savings of nearly $3 million.

Business Analyst & Developer
Developer and IT Liaison to a newly created Regional Sales division.  Worked with division teammembers to discover and implement required technology for the new business unit.  Constructed a client/server contact management system from the ground up, using C++ and MS SqlServer.
